Equipping Organizations
Discipleship Development Program
This is an exciting program that we have already implemented at the local church level. It is designed to train, educate, and unleash the local church for the purpose of discipleship. We have carefully designed a training program to empower local congregations/ministries to develop their own, unique discipleship paradigm utilizing traditional methodologies and outside the box practices to better follow the mandate of Matthew 28:19 where we are commanded to “make disciples”. If your church/organization would like to take advantage of our expertise and training, please reach out to us to discuss arrangements.
The Apollos Project
Educating the people within our congregations/organizations is a daunting task. How do we know which people we need to let teach in Sunday School, small groups, or other education endeavors? The Apollos Project is an extremely comprehensive training program designed to teach, equip, and empower your teachers to be the very best God has called them to be. It is a rigorous but accessible training experience designed to equip your teachers with every tool available in order for them to be master teachers of God’s Word. If your church/organization would like to take advantage of our expertise and training, please reach out to us to discuss arrangements.
Leadership Development Program
How do we develop solid leaders in our churches/ministry organizations? We have all struggled with that question. Here at Growth Project we have endeavored to provide an answer. This is a comprehensive training program to help identify leadership deficiencies and provide solid training to empower your folks to become solid, Biblical leaders. Built upon a Biblical foundation surrounding the Four Vector Model of Pauline Leadership and Empowerment, we will systematically walk your various team members through a pathway to effective leadership. Dr. Danny Purvis, whose PhD is in Organizational Leadership, uses an array of effective tools and methodologies to train your staff, deacons, elders, volunteers, and teachers to be the leaders God has called them to be.
